Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services clearly
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls
Update CRM or daily calling reports accurately
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support
Good command over spoken English (Hindi knowledge is an added advantage)
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly communication style
Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
Basic computer knowledge
