About the Role
Magnum Group is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives . In this role, you will manage customer inquiries through both voice and chat support channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Professionally handle customer inquiries via calls and chat platforms.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Effectively resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant team.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure a consistently positive customer experience with every interaction.
Required Skills
• Strong communication skills (Proficiency in Hindi; basic English preferred).
• Comfort in handling both chat and voice processes.
• Basic computer skills (typing, email management, MS Office).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in customer interactions.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications
• Minimum of a high school diploma (12th pass); Graduation is preferred.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
