Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products or services, provide information, and generate leads or sales. The role requires good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to customers or receive incoming calls
Explain products or services clearly to customers
Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues
Generate leads or close sales as per targets
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Follow company scripts and guidelines
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (and local language if required)
Ability to speak clearly and confidently on calls
Basic computer knowledge
Patience and customer-friendly attitude
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
