We are Hiring for a Tellecaller . This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Digital Marketing. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers and close leads

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience.

• Should be Comfortable in Night Shift

• Must have good communication in English

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Development will be an advantage.

• Previous experience in International Voice Process, Telecalling, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development will be preferred

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong willingness to learn can also apply.
