We are looking for a Sales Telecaller (within 5 km of our location) to join our team at Life Link Appliances in Behala, Kolkata. The role involves handling customer service and sales calls, providing exceptional support, and resolving queries related to kitchen chimneys, water purifiers, and modular kitchens. This position offers an attractive in-hand salary, along with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

- Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

- Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

- Meet performance targets and collaborate with other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

- Fluent in Bengali.

- Experience: 1 year preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week from 11 AM to 7:30 PM.
