Job Description

We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to join our team at Leo Global Overseas Vizag Branch to handle student calls, provide exceptional counselling support, and resolve queries related to Overseas Education & Study Abroad Services. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary (based on experience) + incentives and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student and parent calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address student queries, resolve concerns, and guide them regarding courses, universities, and admission procedures.

• Keep records of student interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide accurate information to help students make informed decisions.

• Meet performance targets and coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to manage complex cases.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Any Graduate with 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply). You will be responsible for addressing student queries, solving concerns, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with Monday to Saturday during the Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) shift.
