Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our law firm team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, interacting with clients, explaining legal services, generating leads, and maintaining good client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Explain legal services and solutions to clients

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Maintain client database and call records

• Schedule appointments for advocates and legal consultants

• Resolve basic client queries and escalate complex issues when required

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations

• Ability to convince and handle clients professionally

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate / Intermediate

• 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
