About Lapzon

Lapzon is a growing fancy lighting company offering innovative and stylish lighting solutions for homes, offices, retail spaces, and commercial projects. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our sales team and help expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

• Follow up on leads received from marketing campaigns and other sources.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/Excel records.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.

• Comfortable working with sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
