Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, develop recruitment strategies, and plan future talent needs.
Sourcing & Attraction:
Post jobs, use social media, network, and leverage internal/external referrals to build talent pipelines.
Screening & Selection:
Review applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate further interviews.
Candidate Management:
Maintain candidate records in ATS, provide feedback, manage offer negotiations, and conduct background checks.
Reporting & Branding:
Monitor hiring metrics (time-to-fill, etc.) and contribute to employer branding efforts.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in HR Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and labor regulations.
Problem-solving, high-pressure management, and organizational skills.
