💼 Role: Sales Executive – Personal Loan (PL)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Freshers) | Up to ₹25,000 (Experienced) + Incentives

We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our Personal Loan sales team. This role focuses on lead generation, customer calling, and converting prospects into successful loan disbursements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling

Build strong customer relationships and understand their financial needs

Convert leads into successful personal loan sales

Maintain follow-ups and ensure high conversion ratios

Work closely with team leaders to achieve targets
