Job description:
We are looking for a smart, customer-friendly, and confident Telecaller to join our jewellery showroom team. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide product and service information, follow up with customers, and support showroom sales and customer relationship activities.
Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming customer calls and answer enquiries politely and professionally.
Make outbound calls to customers regarding:
Jewellery repair updates
Ready order/intimation calls
New collections and latest arrivals
Festival offers and promotions
Marketing campaigns and customer engagement
Payment reminders and follow-ups
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Explain jewellery products, schemes, offers, and showroom services clearly.
Coordinate with showroom staff regarding customer requirements and order status.
Maintain customer database and call records accurately.
Handle WhatsApp/customer communication when required.
Support sales and promotional activities of the showroom.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English (additional languages are an advantage).
Pleasant voice and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telecalling/customer service/sales preferred.
Experience in jewellery showroom industry is an added advantage.
Ability to handle customers patiently and confidently.
Qualification
Any Degree / Higher Secondary
Experience
0–3 years experience in telecalling/customer support/sales.
