Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller – Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Follow communication scripts and guidelines.

• Meet personal/team call handling targets and customer service metrics.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Telecaller.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

• Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional Language as required].

• Patience and a positive attitude.
