Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective guests/patients, explaining the institute’s services and packages, and generating interest and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective guests/patients.
Introduce and explain the institute’s services, treatment packages, and facilities.
Communicate clearly and professionally with callers.
Understand the caller’s requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate enquiries and potential reservations through effective calling.
Follow up with interested candidates as required.
Maintain daily call records and update call status.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling targets.
Maintain professional telephone etiquette at all times.
Qualification & Skills
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is an advantage.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous telecalling/customer service experience is preferred.
