Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our team at Jiksaa 360 Financial Services. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our range of financial services (such as loans, insurance, investments, and personal financial management), and converting potential leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/database.

• Service Pitching: Clearly explain various financial products and services offered by Jiksaa 360 Financial Services to potential clients.

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify client needs, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments with senior financial consultants.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate product information and resolving preliminary queries.

• Data & Call Tracking: Maintain daily call records, update lead status in the CRM system, and submit regular daily activity reports.

• Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects to guide them through the onboarding or application process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field (Commerce/Finance background is a plus).

• Communication Skills: Good command over English, Hindi, or local languages. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in banking, NBFCs, or financial services).

• Key Traits: Active listener, positive attitude, confident, and target-driven mindset.

• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic computer usage, MS Excel, and lead management software/CRM tools.
