Job Title: Insurance Telecaller Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Telecaller Executive to handle insurance-related calling and customer coordination. Candidates with an automobile background will be highly preferred, especially those familiar with motor insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for motor insurance renewals

• Explain insurance policies, coverage, and benefits clearly to customers

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful policy renewals

• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and endorsements

• Maintain accurate call records and customer data

• Handle customer queries related to insurance, claims, and renewals

• Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–5 years of experience as an insurance telecaller or insurance executive

• Experience in automobile dealership or workshop will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of motor insurance policies, renewals, and documentation

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language preferred

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM/DMS handling experience
