​We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Tamil Customer Support Executives at our Pallavaram location. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing excellent service and are ready to start immediately.

​ Position: Tamil Customer Support Executive

Experience: 0 - 1year

​ Location: Pallavaram, Chennai

​ Shift Timings: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

​ Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

​ Education: Any Degree (Candidates from any academic background are welcome).

​ Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced professionals.

​ Language: Must be proficient in Tamil (as the primary support language).

​ Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.

​ Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues effectively via phone or chat.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• ​Manage day-to-day customer support tasks during the scheduled day shift.

• ​Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets to earn incentives.
