Telecaller / Customer Support Executive – Tally Software

Job Responsibilities

• Call customers and explain Tally software features

• Generate leads for Tally Prime sales

• Follow up with existing customers

• Handle customer inquiries on phone and WhatsApp

• Schedule software demo appointments

• Maintain customer data in Excel or CRM

• Support sales team for software installation follow-up

• Explain AMC / renewal / GST update services

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of TallyPrime

• Good communication in Hindi / Marathi / English

• Computer knowledge

• Excel knowledge

• Telecalling or customer handling experience preferred

Qualification

• HSC / Graduate

• Fresher or experienced both can apply

Salary in Dombivli / Mumbai

• ₹8,000 – ₹25,000
