Telecaller

An Automobile Telecaller generates sales leads, schedules test drives, and maintains customer relationships for dealerships or manufacturers through outbound/inbound calls. Key responsibilities include explaining vehicle features, following up on inquiries, and updating CRM records, often requiring 0–6 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Management: Contact prospective customers to introduce new vehicle models, special offers, and promotional events.

• Appointment Scheduling: Book test drives and showroom visits for prospective buyers.

• Customer Interaction: Answer inquiries regarding vehicle features, prices, and financing options.

• Sales Follow-Up: Call customers who have previously visited the showroom or inquired online to convert them into buyers.

• CRM Data Entry: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the company’s database.

• Sales Support: Coordinate with sales managers to pass on qualified leads.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (any graduate preferred).

• Experience: Typically 0–4 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably within the automobile sector.

• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, persuasion skills, and proficiency in using computers/CRM software.

• Attributes: Target-oriented, resilient to rejection, and capable of working under pressure.
