Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (Non-Target Based)
Experience: Minimum 6 months (Telecalling / BPO / Voice Process)

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call quality and proper call etiquette
• Update customer details and call records accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
Key Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or BPO voice process
• Customer-focused, polite, and professional attitude
• Ability to handle conversations effectively
• Basic knowledge of calling systems or CRM is an added advantage
