🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for Kannada-speaking sales callers with strong communication skills and empathy to handle inbound leads and guide families in need. Your role will focus on converting these leads into active fundraising campaigns.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from potential users and explain our fundraising platform in Kannada

Build a strong rapport and guide campaigners throughout the onboarding process

Convert interested users into live campaigns through follow-ups and persuasion

Ensure timely coordination with internal teams for campaign setup

Maintain records in CRM and meet daily/weekly conversion targets

✅ Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, voice process, inbound calling, or BPO roles

Must be fluent in Kannada and have good speaking skills in Hindi or English

Confident, empathetic communicator with good sales instincts

Should be target-oriented and willing to work in a structured setup

Prior experience in sales or conversion-based calling is preferred
