We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle customer communication effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Collect and maintain client information and requirements
Provide timely follow-ups to clients
Perform database calling to generate new leads
Maintain proper records of conversations and updates

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Gujrati, Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle clients politely and confidently
Experience in travel industry will be an added advantage
