Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.

- Explain products/services to customers.

- Handle customer queries professionally.

- Maintain call records and update customer details.

- Follow up with potential customers.
