Job వివరణ

Placement Coordinator

Location: Thane West (Office-based, 5 mins from station)

Timing: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 + incentives

Joining: Immediate

Role:

Manage candidate placements for maids by calling, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful joining. Work is entirely phone and WhatsApp based from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and screen candidates from the database

- Shortlist suitable profiles and coordinate interviews

- Follow up to confirm joining

- Maintain candidate records in Excel/Google Sheets

- Send updates, documents, and reminders via WhatsApp

Requirements:

- 12th pass or above

- Fluent in Hindi & Marathi; basic English

- Good communication skills

- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
