Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, developing B2B relationships, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients and generate sales leads.

• Understand client requirements and pitch HandyPay's products and services.

• Generate new business through telecalling, follow-ups, references and lead generation.

• Handle the complete sales cycle from initial contact to conversion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business clients.

• Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.

• Update lead status and sales activities in CRM/MIS.

• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client support.

• Identify new business opportunities in the FinTech and digital payments segment.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Telesales / Business Development.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in outbound calling and lead conversion.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM/MIS and MS Office.

• FinTech / Digital Payments experience preferred.

• Candidates with hardcore B2B sales experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.

• Female candidates preferred for this requirement.

• Candidates comfortable with a target-based sales environment.
