Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to recruit 'delivery partners' and 'pickers & packers'. The role involves calling potential candidates, explaining the onboarding process, and helping them complete registration with the client

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospects from a provided database.

Guide candidates through onboarding, document submission and follow up till joining

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Follow up with the interested leads for conversions

Handle objections professionally and give available solutions/ workarounds

Required Skills:

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of calling or sales is an advantage

Ability to convince, handle objections and achieve the targets

Tech Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office

Language requirement:

Hindi, Marathi and basic English

Computer requirement:

Laptop or Desktop Mandatory

Eligibility:

Freshers welcome

Prior telecalling experience is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary 10000 rs + Uncapped performance-based incentives
