• Qualification:- MBA-Marketing or B.Sc.

• Experience:- FRESHER

• Salary:- RS. 20,000 – Rs. 25,000/- + Incentive (negotiable).

Job Profile :

• To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise)

• Finding out their problems.

• Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.

• Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.

• Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.

• Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.

• Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.

• Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shopee (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.

Key Skills:-

• MS Office, MS Excel.
