Job Summary:

We are looking for a presentable, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling Duties:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Follow up with clients/customers and maintain call records

• Provide accurate information about company services/products

• Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups

Reception Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors courteously at the front desk

• Manage reception area and ensure a professional environment

• Handle incoming emails and basic administrative tasks

• Manage appointment scheduling and visitor records

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

• Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask and handle front-desk operations efficiently

Experience:

• Fresher or candidates with relevant experience may apply

• Candidates residing near Rajajinagar, Bangalore will be preferred
