Job Description: Telecaller (Sales & Customer Support)

Location: Delad–Olpad, Surat
Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on skills & experience)

About the Role

We are hiring a Telecaller who will be responsible for reaching potential clients, explaining our products (Absorbable Gelatin Sponge – HEMOSPONGE), maintaining follow-ups, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude towards learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company (IndiaMART, Google, etc.)

• Explain company products clearly and professionally

• Identify potential customers and convert inquiries into sales

• Maintain proper data entry of calls, responses, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with the sales & dispatch team for orders

• Handle customer queries, support, and basic complaint resolution

• Daily reporting of leads, follow-ups, and closures

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Confident, polite, and professional behavior

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to learn product details quickly

• Good listening skills & convincing ability

• Punctual and responsible

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass, Graduate

• Graduation preferred but not mandatory

• Freshers can apply (training provided)

Work Timings

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
