📢 WE ARE HIRING | CUSTOMER SUPPORT & CHARGER MONITORING EXECUTIVE
We are expanding our EV charging operations team and are looking for responsible and customer-focused professionals to join us in Jaipur.
📍 Location: Amrapali Circle, Vaishali, Jaipur
💼 Position: Customer Support & Charger Monitoring Executive
👥 Vacancies: 2
🕐 Shift: Rotational Day & Night Shifts
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer support calls and provide timely assistance.
• Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned operations team.
• Monitor EV charging stations through CCTV/camera systems.
• Observe charger activity and identify operational or security-related issues.
• Escalate incidents to the relevant team whenever required.
• Maintain proper communication during shift operations.
Candidate Requirements:
• Male candidates preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational day and night shifts.
• Responsible, attentive and disciplined approach to work.
