Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding immigration services.
Explain various visa programs, eligibility requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.
Understand client needs and qualify leads before forwarding them to senior consultants.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested clients by phone, email, and messages to ensure engagement.
Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and assist in the onboarding process.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, country requirements, and service offerings.
Provide excellent customer service, address concerns, and guide clients professionally.
Work closely with the sales and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or immigration sales is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages, if applicable).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly.
