Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Receive inbound calls and handle client inquiries professionally
Explain company services/products clearly and persuasively
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
Maintain accurate call records and client information
Resolve client issues and escalate when required
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
Follow company communication scripts and guidelines
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (freshers can apply)
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages Required]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems is a plus)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Sales or customer service experience
