We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team GLOBAL COPIERS, Jaipur. The role involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.
Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information
Generate leads and follow up on prospects
Maintain customer database and call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
