Key Responsibilities:

• Contact outlets daily to collect order requirements and confirm order details.

• Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Maintain and update call logs, order status reports, and outlet feedback.

• Follow up with outlets on pending payments, product promotions, and new schemes.

• Handle outlet inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues to the respective departments when necessary.

• Assist in promoting new products, offers, and marketing activities over calls.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call and order summary reports.

• Maintain positive relationships with all outlets to ensure consistent communication and satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication skills in English and local language(s).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and data entry.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

• Customer service-oriented attitude.

• Basic understanding of sales and order processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).

• Experience: 0–2 years in tele calling, customer service, or sales coordination.

• Preferred: Experience in FMCG / retail / distribution environment.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
