Job Title: Telecaller
The Telecaller – Immigration Services is responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, explaining immigration programs, and scheduling appointments for visa counselors. The role focuses on client engagement, follow-ups, and achieving conversion targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data
Explain immigration programs (PR, Work Permit, Study Visa, Tourist Visa, etc.)
Identify client requirements and assess basic eligibility
Schedule appointments for visa counselors
Follow up with interested leads regularly
Maintain and update client database/CRM
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Maintain professional and courteous communication
Coordinate with the counseling and documentation team
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration services
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Excellent verbal communication skills
Persuasion and negotiation skills
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of immigration programs (preferred)
Ability to handle objections and rejections
Basic computer and CRM knowledge,
