Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

The Telecaller – Immigration Services is responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, explaining immigration programs, and scheduling appointments for visa counselors. The role focuses on client engagement, follow-ups, and achieving conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data

• Explain immigration programs (PR, Work Permit, Study Visa, Tourist Visa, etc.)

• Identify client requirements and assess basic eligibility

• Schedule appointments for visa counselors

• Follow up with interested leads regularly

• Maintain and update client database/CRM

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

• Maintain professional and courteous communication

• Coordinate with the counseling and documentation team

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration services

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Persuasion and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of immigration programs (preferred)

• Ability to handle objections and rejections

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge,

  Shift Time:

• 6-day working
