Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.

• Explain products or services and provide accurate information to generate interest.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely follow-through.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).

• Proven experience as a tele caller or similar role is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).

• Ability to work in a team and independently.
