Role: Tele Counsellor

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Counsellors to join the team. The role involves contacting prospective students, explaining career-oriented aviation and hospitality courses, and guiding them to attend counselling sessions at the institute.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
🎯 Understand student interests and guide them to attend free career counselling sessions.
🔁 Follow up with students regularly to track visit status.
🗣️ Communicate clearly in English and Kannada with students.
📋 Maintain accurate records of calls and student details in the system.
🤝 Build good rapport with students and provide proper guidance.
📈 Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Result in hand)
📞 Experience: Minimum 6 months in Tele Calling / Tele Sales
🗣️ Languages: Fluent in English & Kannada
👥 Gender: Male / Female
🎂 Age Limit: 18 – 33 Years

Salary Details

💰 Salary based on experience:

• 6 – 17 months experience: ₹21,000/month

• 18 – 24 months experience: ₹23,000/month

• 24+ months experience: ₹25,000/month

Working Details

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
🌞 Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
