Telecaller

Role & Responsibilities:

·        Engage with prospective leads via calls and face-to-face counselling

·        Guide students and working professionals toward the most suitable FPA programs

·        Convert leads into enrollments and provide ongoing support throughout the course

·        Coordinate with colleges and internal teams for smooth onboarding

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Freshers welcome)

·        Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

·        Comfortable handling telephonic calls and in-person consultations

·        Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach
