Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller / Telecommunication Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day communication with clients and customers. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling meetings, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with basic experience who have strong communication skills and are willing to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and customers in a professional manner
Communicate clearly with clients to understand requirements and respond to queries
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the internal team
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure smooth coordination
Update and manage daily call records, follow-ups, and client details in the CRM system
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM on a daily basis
Escalate complex queries to the concerned team or management when required
Maintain a positive and professional company image during all customer interactions
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines where applicable
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM systems)
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and politely
Good listening and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
