Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele-Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our solar solutions, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain Flash Green’s solar products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Generate and qualify leads to support business development.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly.
Follow up with prospects to convert them into potential clients.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English proficiency preferred).
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple, customer-friendly terms.
Persuasive, confident, and good at building rapport with customers.
Basic knowledge of solar/renewable energy (training will be provided).
Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or telesales
