Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers who can communicate with students and parents, provide information about available courses and colleges, and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with prospective students.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Student & Parent Communication

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.

Explain available paramedical and university programs offered through partner institutions.

Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fees.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

Generate and qualify student leads through telephonic conversations.

Follow up with interested students to assist them in completing the admission process.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential applicants.

3. Admission Support

Guide students through the application and admission process.

Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Help students choose suitable colleges based on their academic background and interests.

4. Data Management

Maintain records of calls, student inquiries, and admission status.

Update student information in the CRM or database regularly.

5. Relationship Building

Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Address queries and concerns professionally.

Provide counselling support when needed.

Candidate Expectations

Communication Skills

Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (knowledge of Tamil or Kannada is an advantage).

Interpersonal Skills

Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Friendly, persuasive, and confident communication style.

Work Ethics

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries daily.

Technical Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, or database management).

Qualification

Minimum Plus Two / Any Degree.

Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or educational consultancy is preferred but not mandatory.
