Tele-Caller – Loan Collection

JOB LOCATION: Neta Subhas Place

Job Summary:
Responsible for calling customers with overdue loan payments and ensuring timely repayment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make reminder calls for pending/overdue loans.

  • Explain outstanding amounts and repayment options.

  • Record customer responses and follow up until payment.

  • Handle queries politely and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • 12th pass or graduate; experience in collections is a plus.
