Job description:

Eduwingz International apni team ke liye energetic aur confident Tele Caller hire kar raha hai, jo students aur parents se baat karke education abroad & India admission services ke baare me sahi guidance de sake.Key Responsibilities

• Students & parents ko inbound / outbound calls karna

• Courses, colleges, countries aur admission process ki basic information dena

• Student details collect karna & CRM / Excel me update karna

• Interested students ko counselor ke sath connect karna

• Follow-up calls karna (leads conversion ke liye)

• Daily call reports aur lead status maintain karna

• Polite, professional aur convincing communication rakhna

Required Skills & Qualities

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Confident calling & convincing power

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Target-oriented mindset

• Experience in education telecalling = plus point

Eligibility

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
