Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller with experience in healthcare sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be confident in handling patient inquiries, booking consultations, and converting leads into confirmed appointments and sales closure .
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective patients.
Explain healthcare services, treatments, and consultation processes to potential clients.
Convert inquiries into booked consultations and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to maximize conversions.
Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Schedule and confirm appointments for doctors and specialists.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or healthcare sales.
Proven track record in lead conversion and sales closure.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients over the phone.
Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience in hospitals, clinics, cosmetic/aesthetic centers, wellness centers, or healthcare organizations.
Strong follow-up and appointment-booking skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
