Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Customers ko phone par call karke products/services ke baare mein information dena.

• Potential customers ko identify karke sales generate karna.

• Customer ki requirements samajhna aur suitable product/service suggest karna.

• Follow-up calls karke leads ko convert karna.

• Daily/weekly sales targets achieve karna.

• Customer queries aur objections ko professionally handle karna.

• Customer details aur call records ko properly maintain karna.

• Existing customers ke saath good relationship maintain karna.

• Sales team ke saath coordinate karke leads aur customer status update karna.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Hindi/Gujarati/English mein basic communication ability.

• Convincing & negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented aur self-motivated personality.

• Freshers can apply; telesales/sales experience will be an advantage.
