Client Engagement: Make outbound calls to generate leads and handle inbound inquiries about visas (study, work, PR, visitor).Profile Assessment: Evaluate client backgrounds (age, education, experience) to recommend appropriate visa types and destinations.Counseling & Guidance: Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, application procedures, and timelines.Sales & Conversion: Convert leads into clients by explaining service benefits, addressing concerns, and achieving monthly targets.Follow-up & Reporting: Maintain client records in a CRM, provide status updates, and generate sales reports.Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and university/program details. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills, often in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.Sales Acumen: Persuasive, goal-oriented, and confident.Empathy: Ability to understand and address client needs and concerns.Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and CRM software.Education: Typically high school (12th pass) or higher, with experience in customer service or sales preferred.
