We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Doctar Connect Worldwide Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing excellent customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to healthcare services.

The position offers a salary of ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, along with a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Below 10th

• Experience: 0–2 Years

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Shift: Day Shift

• Office Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Job Type: Full-Time

Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally. They should also be comfortable providing relevant information and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
