About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Tele Counsellor to join our team!
You will be the first point of contact for students/clients, guiding them with accurate information and helping them take the right decisions regarding their career or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and respond to incoming inquiries

• Counsel students/clients about courses, admissions, services, or offerings

• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

• Passionate about guiding and helping people

• Freshers welcome; prior experience in counselling or telecalling is a plus
