Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller / Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales through phone calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain the company’s products or services to customers.

• Generate sales and leads through effective communication.

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

• Maintain proper records of calls and customer information.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
