About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting conversions through excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

• Convert leads by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.

• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients for visits or consultations.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain call logs and share reports with the team leader/manager.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, polite, and positive attitude on calls.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet target-oriented goals.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).

• Good listening and convincing skills.

• Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• Experience in the wellness/clinic/beauty industry (preferred but not mandatory).
