Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for real estate inquiries.

Generate and qualify leads for property sales.

Follow up with interested clients and maintain database.

Explain project details and schedule site visits.

Coordinate with sales team for conversions.

Maintain call records and update CRM.

Requirements:

2–3 years experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service.

Good communication skills (Hindi + English)

Experience in real estate / BFSI / sales preferred.

Target-oriented and confident personality.
